Trudy Jackson

Trudy Jackson lives in Alabama with her husband, Byron and their seven children and five grandchildren. She's active in her church and in her gardening club. She grows most of her own vegetables in her garden as well as the herb garden she keeps year round in her bay window.

Trudy has won several awards for her southern cooking as well as first place ribbons for her vegetables in many contests.

Trudy's grandchildren love to visit and when asked what they like best about visiting they all agree it's Mama Jackson's good old fashioned cooking.
